La Paz offers the buyer/builder many options for home building, septic, and water! You can build rain catchment systems, a tiny home, and or many things you might be dreaming about.

This area is literally in the middle of everything. Phoenix? couple hours. Beach? couple hours. Hiking trails in the mountains? too many to count. Hot Springs? all over. Just check it out- look at the map and zoom out- it’s phenomenal!

This land is not on or in a flood zone or flood plain according to FEMA, but we did notice a wash on the south side.
