Notes:

Written by a local:

“Located in a small residential area, with some cute mini-homes, and large estates as well.   Just a few blocks from a Family Dollar store, the largest grocery market in Meadview, and the most stocked Dollar Store I’ve ever seen.  Dirt road to property currently very rough, pick-up truck or higher clearance. Property about one mile from central Meadview.  I’m impressed by the services there. Mini market with gas pumps, a few restaurants and bars, Boat launch on Lake Mead, nice homes, etc.  I was told by some friendly folks that Meadview is “the safest town in Mohave County,” virtually no crime!  A sheriff shares law coverage between Meadview and Dolan Springs, some distance away.”
